Sooner Lake villa will become a fine place for spending week-ends. Fast developments are taking place around Lake villa in Ibrahim patnam like opening of many Engineering & other colleges, new layouts, proximity to Outer Ring Road etc
Time has come now for all of us to know each other in Lake villa. For many of us Development Agreement with the company might have ended At this stage it is very much essential to form an Association for ensuring security by employing watchman, Outer fencing to avoid cattle and un-authorized persons and vehicles entering the area, maintenance of the plants with proper irrigation, de-weeding, application of fertilizers, insecticides etc and to take care of the common interests of the plot owners.
We are in the process of gathering latest addresses and telephone numbers of the individual plot owners or their representatives to conduct a meeting to elect a body for the above mentioned purpose. It is requested that the relevant information may be communicated to Shri Balakrishna either by phone or by mail. He may be contacted on phone from 6 pm to 9 pm Monday to Friday. He has kindly consented to coordinate the activities till election of an Association.
